Become a fizzacist and learn the art of attraction to fizz!

Fancy yourself a fizzacist in the making? Learn exactly how to give a bottle of sparkling its bubbles in this afternoon of hands-on magic. Join Cynthea and David in Deviot to discover the science behind the bubbles, get involved in the winemaking process, and finish with a glass of their sparkling and nibbles.

What you need to know: In this 2-hour session Cynthea and David will show you how sparkling wine is made (you with a glass of their sparkling in hand, obviously). There are only 20 tickets available – we’re keeping it small so you can get more out of the afternoon.

When: Saturday August 29th, 2pm to 4pm

Tickets: Just $25 per person. Your ticket includes a glass of sparkling, nibbles, and enough wine knowledge to impress at every dinner table from here on out.

Where: Beautiful Isle Cellar Door, 361 Deviot Rd, Deviot. This cellar door is about 40 minutes north of Launceston. It’s best to self-drive, so plan your route and make a day of the region while you're at it.

What to bring: Covered shoes, a coat, and an umbrella if the weather looks moody. It's Tassie, so best be prepared!
